At CMN Aquatics our goal is offer the best products available on our site, however, if you are looking for something that you don't see here please email us so we can let you know if we carry it

You can email us anytime with any questions or comments. We respond within 24 hours to all inquiries.
 

 

E-mail

When e-mailing us an order, we will need the following:
 
Your FULL name (NO EMAIL NAMES PLEASE),
Phone
Billing address
Shipping address (if different then billing)
 
 
You do not need to specify prices, all the prices on our site are current. Just let us know the name and quantities of the items you are looking to purchase. If ordering plants ,we will assume they are all "loose", unless you specify unless you specify planted driftwood. We have no minimums.


Specify method of shipment: We will mail you an entire list of
shipping options including the estimated size and weight of your orders package.

We currently only offer USPS and DHL as the carriers for our packages. If you would like any other services they will need to be arranged by you and be picked up here at our facility. Both USPS and DHL offer very competitive and reliable rates and we will always give you a complete list of every method available to you for that order.
 
 
We will e-mail you back, as soon as we receive your initial inquiry and confirm receipt of your order. If you do not get a confirmation with in 24hrs, we did not get your order! We will process orders in the order they are received. Our preferred Ship days are Monday and Tuesday, but we will ship on Wednesday, but only when Necessary.


Wednesday shipment are only Overnight or DHL 2 day guaranteed service all other orders will need to wait till the following Monday where they will be put at the top of the list. As you will see below, DHL is the only service that will Guarantee a Sat.Delivery. They also charge an automatic $15.00 charge onto of the regular Express fee for that service if that is the only day that you are able to receive your goods.

You may notice that you will have a list of shipping rates added to the end of your purchase when you check out. These flat rate calculators are just to give you an off the cuff estimate of what the shipping may me for your purchase. You can either continue with your purchase and we can e-mail you the full list of shipping options after you have closed out your order, which gets you in line for an earlier shipping slot. Same shipping days apply as for an e-mail order.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Live Stock comes with live arrival guarantee only if overnight service is selected. Customers choosing USPS Express need to be sure that they are in an Overnight zone( We can help you with that). Shipments that are delayed by the carrier for unforeseen reasons can not be held against CMN Aquatics. If DOA's do occur we will help you with a claim for those loses. For those rare DOA's that do occur with in the overnight delivery period have to be reported to CMN Aquatics with Digital photographic proof in the unopened shipping bags with in 2 hours of the logged delivery time. If the customer does not have a digital camera. They can send they DOA's back to CMN Aquatics for Proof of lose, but is still required to report the lose with in the 2 hour logged delivery time. We reserve the right to choose whether a refund for said loses will be given or credit towards next purchase. Some items can not be replaced due to the rarity of the fish. Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping is not covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee under any circumstances. All re-shipments for loses are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by any guarantee.

CMN AQUATICS PRIVACY NOTICE - YOUR PRIVACY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
All your personal information is held in strict confidence. Your
e-mail address, credit info, purchasing history or anything for that matter, will never be sold or released for any reason. Our company has worked very hard to build our customer base and will never do anything to risk the trust we have worked so hard to earn. We will not send you email solicitations, nor share your email address with others.
